Come and Hear What God Has Done for Me

Come and Hear What God Has Done for Me

“Come and hear, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me.” Psalm 66:16 (NIV)

I enjoy hearing people speak about God. And I especially love hearing God stories. Like how someone first met Christ as Savior and how the Lord has worked in their lives.

Psalm 66:16 invites us to come and hear these testimonials from each other.

The English Standard Version says the last phrase as: “and I will tell what he has done for my soul.” (Psalm 66:16)

Because what God has done for us and for our soul are worth sharing.

Come and Hear: Made a Way

As the Lord made a way for the children of Israel to walk across on dry land when He parted the Red Sea. God made a way for us to come to Him.

He bridged the gap when Jesus died on the cross for us.

“He turned the sea into dry land, they passed through the waters on foot—come, let us rejoice in him.” Psalm 66:6 (NIV)

God stories are weaved throughout the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. Stories from God’s people of how He always makes a way. Even when there seems to be no way.

Maybe tough circumstances, illness, loss, or needing direction gives us an opportunity for God to make a way through the valley if we can’t go around it.

Come and hear. How has God made a way in your life?

The Bible invites us to come and hear stories of what God has done in our lives and for our soul. All to the glory of God. Share on X

Redeemed

God redeemed my soul with Jesus’ blood. Also, God redeemed my past as He continues to write my God story in the present. I’m so grateful for God’s redeeming love in my story.
